This website is hosted in the Netherlands and is therefore subjected to Dutch law. The Dutch law has a section called 'Law Protection Personal Data' (free translation of 'Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens'). In short, if you become a member of this site, it boils down to the following points:
- No information of any kind concerning your person shall be publicized beyond the scope of this service without your explicit agreement.
- By accepting the rules of this service, you give us the right to collect relevant information about your person, all which must be stated as part of the agreement.
- We will not collect personal data beyond the scope of our agreement.
- You have the right to ask us a report of all our collected data concerning your person.
- You have the right to correct the data concerning your person in this service, being it by your own actions, or by requesting our intervention. Logs of your activities are explicitly excluded from this right.
- You have the right to request us to remove your personal data. On such request, we will either remove your data completely, or - when other Dutch laws or our service to others prohibit this - we will either anonymize it or strip it down to the barest minimum.
Of course, this is our interpretation of the law, converted to our services. The full law is in force. When you disagree with our actions or interpretations concerning your privacy, we kindly request you to discuss this with us. When no satisfyingly agreement can be met, you have the right to challenge us in Dutch court.
