Management

E-mail Print

Management involves the tasks of following the path set and reaching the goals set, preferably with the set conditions met. Most companies excel in managing within the company, otherwise they would simply cease to exist. But there are situations when things become less straight forward...

Process Support

When a full management mandate is not possible, process support or process coordination is often the only way out. This can be the case when you are working your companies network, or when working in project alliances. Whether the parties are governmental, commercial, non-commercial or a mixture, we can lead, negotiate, advice and support the tasks to their successful end.

Transitional Management

Working within a company, not all changes are straight forward. Often behavioral change and education are involved. Managers on the payroll typically are best suited for a settled company. When all things start moving, they can become part of the change or can't perform at their peak because a different type of manager with a different set of skills is needed. We can help you out and ease your transition.

How We Work

Both process support and transitional management are complex subjects. Without a full assessment of the situation at hand, we can't set a strategy to work from. As a result, all our managing contracts are divided in two sections: an assessment part and an execution part. When you give us an order, you agree with the negotiated price of the assessment part. When you don't agree with our assessment or don't like our price or conditions for the execution phase, you simply bail out or ask another company to complete the execution. The choice is yours. This way we can minimize both your and our risks.
